Mouse Fatty Acid Binding Protein 6, Ileal ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Fatty Acid Binding Protein 6, Ileal (FABP6) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a biotinylated anti-FABP6 antibody followed by HRP-avidin detection, with TMB substrate producing a blue product that changes to yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution.

According to the manufacturer, the assay range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <23 pg/ml. Absorbance is read at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m.
