Mouse Extracellular Matrix Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Extracellular Matrix Protein 1 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The format uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate (12 x 8 well strips) and combines a biotinylated anti-target antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate; TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with the intensity of the yellow colour proportional to the amount of target captured. The absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration is calculated by reference to a standard curve.
