Mouse Epstein Barr Virus Induced Protein 3 ELISA Kit

The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and captured EBI3 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-EBI3 Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of an acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m.
