Mouse EGF Like Domain Protein, Multiple 7 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Egfl7 (EGF Like Domain Protein, Multiple 7) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an Egfl7-specific capture antibody. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Egfl7 Detection Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader to calculate Egfl7 concentration against the standard curve.

The assay range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <15.5 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Validated sample types include serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the assay should not be used past the stated expiration date.
