Mouse Dystrophin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, the Mouse Dystrophin ELISA Kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Dystrophin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay targets Dystrophin specifically in mouse samples and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with an immobilised capture antibody.

Quantitative readout is performed by measuring absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve covers a product range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a reported sensitivity of <0.108 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reagents must not be used past the indicated expiration date.

Recovery performance has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix). Reported average recoveries fall within 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma.
