Mouse Dystrophin Associated Glycoprotein 1 ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate format; standards and samples are captured by an immobilised anti-DAG1 antibody, detected with a biotinylated anti-DAG1 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, and visualised with TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the DAG1 concentration is calculated against a standard curve. The product is for research use only.
