Mouse Dual Specificity Tyrosine Phosphorylation Regulated Kinase 1A ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Dual Specificity Tyrosine Phosphorylation Regulated Kinase 1A (DYRK1A) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The assay has a sensitivity of <0.063 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Validation data reports mean recovery of 91% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 has been demonstrated in serum (79–110%), EDTA plasma (73–109%), and heparin plasma (77–110%) samples.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
