Antibodies.com supplies a sandwich-format ELISA kit for the quantitative determination of mouse DDIT3 (DNA Damage Inducible Transcript 3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The product is intended for research use only and is reactive with mouse samples.

The kit is reported to deliver a sensitivity of 0.058 ng/ml across an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a colourimetric readout measured at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader. The pre-coated 96-well microplate is supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on each component and must not be used past the kit's expiration date.

Performance data accompanying the product shows reported average values of 91% (range 80–102%) in serum, 90% (range 81–100%) in EDTA plasma, and 84% (range 80–89%) in heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions of the same three matrices (n=5 each). The protocol uses a biotinylated anti-DDIT3 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to the DDIT3 concentration captured in each well.
