Mouse Discs, Large Homolog 4 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Discs, Large Homolog 4 (PSD95) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The standard curve covers an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.059 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
