Mouse Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV (DPP4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 × 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-DPP4 detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Bound DPP4 is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour whose intensity is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of less than 5.2 pg/ml and an assay range of 12.5–800 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery in serum averaged 91% (range 80–102%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 90% (range 81–100%, n=5), and in heparin plasma 84% (range 80–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across all three sample matrices.
