Mouse Dipeptidyl Peptidase 9 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Dipeptidyl Peptidase 9 (DPP9) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for mouse samples.

The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. An antibody specific for DPP9 is pre-coated onto a microplate; standards and test samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-DPP9 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate is then used to visualise the reaction, producing a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and DPP9 concentration is calculated from a standard curve. Detection is colorimetric, the assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and reported sensitivity is <25 pg/ml with an assay range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Validation data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with reported average recoveries of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively across five samples per matrix. The manufacturer states the kit is suitable for tissue homogenates and provides an easy-to-follow protocol.
