Mouse Dihydropyrimidine Dehydrogenase ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Dihydropyrimidine Dehydrogenase (DPD) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-DPD detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Reported average recovery values are 91% from serum (range 80–102%), 90% from EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% from heparin plasma (range 80–89%), with linearity data across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for each of these sample types. Components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed.
