Mouse Dihydrolipoyl Dehydrogenase ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Dihydrolipoyl Dehydrogenase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich ELISA format with a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

The standard curve covers a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.08 ng/ml. Detection is colorimetric: an HRP-Avidin conjugate is added following incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-Lipoamide Dehydrogenase Antibody, and TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction as a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is measured at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the analyte concentration is calculated against the standard curve.

Reported spike recovery ranges from 80–102% in serum (average 91%, n=5), 81–100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%, n=5), and 80–89% in heparin plasma (average 84%, n=5), with dilution linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 in the same matrices.
