Mouse Dickkopf Related Protein 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Dickkopf Related Protein 4 (DKK4) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for DKK4 pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, where DKK4 is captured by the immobilized antibody, followed by incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-DKK4 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection uses a TMB substrate solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative assay has a reported range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.051 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is reported for serum (74–107%), EDTA plasma (79–108%) and heparin plasma (82–105%) across the series. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
