Mouse Dermatopontin ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of mouse Dermatopontin (DPT/TRAMP) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids.

The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for DPT/TRAMP pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-DPT/TRAMP detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is <0.057 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery at n=5 averages 91% for serum (range 80%-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%-89%). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
