Mouse Deoxyribonuclease I Like Protein 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Deoxyribonuclease I Like Protein 3 (DNase gamma). The assay uses a biotinylated anti-DNase gamma detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and sensitivity is <0.058 ng/ml. Compatible sample types include mouse serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, cell lysates and tissue homogenates. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 81–101%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity data across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is provided for each matrix. Total assay time is 4h 30m.
