Mouse Deiodinase, Iodothyronine, Type II ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Deiodinase, Iodothyronine, Type II (DIO2) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. It is reactive with mouse samples and uses colourimetric detection read on a microplate reader.

The assay has a sensitivity of <0.28 ng/ml and a working range of 0.781-50 ng/ml. It is run on a pre-coated microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is for research use only.

Tissue homogenate is a suitable sample type, and the protocol notes that total protein concentration per well should not exceed 0.3mg. Reported recovery values include 80%-102% for serum, 81%-100% for EDTA plasma, and 80%-89% for heparin plasma across n=5 samples each.
