Mouse Cytokine Receptor Like Factor 1 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CRLF1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for CRLF1, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-CRLF1 Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colorimetric reaction is read at 450 nm.

The reported sensitivity is <5.3 pg/ml with an assay range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery in serum (n=5) is 80-102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 81-100% (average 90%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) 80-89% (average 84%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions spans 87-107% in serum, 84-108% in EDTA plasma, and 82-105% in heparin plasma.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, 2 vials of lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A and B (120 µl each), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml), and 5 adhesive plate sealers.
