Mouse Cytochrome P450 7A1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CYP7A1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a Biotinylated Anti-CYP7A1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is generated with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve spans 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.139 ng/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery averages are 91% in serum, 91% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma.
