Mouse Cytochrome P450 2E1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cytochrome P450 2E1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

The plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for Cytochrome P450 2E1 and configured as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Cytochrome P450 2E1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection uses a TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The product range is 3.12–200 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 1.29 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m.

Included components are a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, stored between +4°C and -20°C as indicated. Average recovery has been established at 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81–101%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%).
