Mouse Cytochrome P450 27B1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CYP27B1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for CYP27B1; bound analyte is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-CYP27B1 Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Stated sensitivity is less than 0.214 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.625–40 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Reported values (n=5) are 91% mean for serum (range 80–102%), 91% mean for EDTA plasma (range 81–101%) and 84% mean for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution data at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 are provided across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5), with values ranging from 74% to 108% depending on matrix and dilution. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the product must not be used past its expiration date.
