Mouse Cysteine Rich Protein, Angiogenic Inducer 61 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CYR61/CCN1 (Cysteine Rich Protein, Angiogenic Inducer 61) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-CYR61/CCN1 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is <5.4 pg/ml and the assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date. Components supplied include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 μl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers (5 adhesive strips).

Spike-and-recovery performance (average, n=5) is reported as 91% for serum (range 83-100%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 90-99%) and 96% for heparin plasma (range 91-101%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions (n=5) is also provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
