Mouse Cyclin Dependent Kinase 8 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cdk8 (Cyclin Dependent Kinase 8) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Cdk8 detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and quantified by reading the optical density at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is 0.053 ng/ml with a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Recovery has been evaluated in serum (average 91%, range 80–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80–89%, n=5). Linearity was assessed across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in these matrices. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes and detection is colorimetric.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed. The kit is intended for research use only.
