Mouse Cyclin D1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cyclin D1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an anti-Cyclin D1 capture antibody; bound analyte is detected with a biotinylated anti-Cyclin D1 antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate and acidic stop solution, and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a reported sensitivity of <5.7 pg/ml, and the full protocol runs in 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery testing gave averages of 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (80–89%). Dilutional linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types.
