Mouse CXCL9 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com, this kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CXCL9 in cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma. A monoclonal antibody specific for mouse CXCL9 is immobilized on the microwells, and bound analyte is detected using a biotin-linked detection antibody followed by streptavidin-HRP, producing a colorimetric signal read on a microplate reader.

The assay detects both native and recombinant mouse CXCL9 and shows no significant cross-reactivity. The working range is 15.63 - 1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 1.82 pg/ml, and serum samples yield an average recovery of 98%. The kit should be stored at +4°C and is suitable for serum-based applications.
