Mouse CXCL2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse CXCL2 ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CXCL2 in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma. The kit uses the quantitative sandwich ELISA technique, in which a monoclonal antibody specific for mouse MIP-2 is immobilized onto microwells. Standards or samples are pipetted into the wells, followed by a biotin-linked detection antibody, then streptavidin-HRP, with colour development proportional to the amount of MIP-2 bound in the initial step.

The kit can assay both native and recombinant mouse MIP-2 and shows no significant cross-reactivity. The assay range is 7.81 - 500 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 5.23 pg/ml. Average recovery from serum samples is 92%. Detection is colorimetric on a microplate reader platform. Components should be stored at +4°C and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
