Mouse Crk Like Protein ELISA Kit

This sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CrkL in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate with a colourmetric endpoint read at 450 nm and a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Captured CrkL is detected with a biotinylated anti-CrkL antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the reaction is stopped with an acidic stop solution and the absorbance is read against a standard curve to calculate CrkL concentration.

Stated performance specifications are a sensitivity of <33 pg/ml and a working range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery values reported in the product sheet are 80-102% for serum (average 91%, n=5), 81-100% for EDTA plasma (average 90%, n=5) and 80-89% for heparin plasma (average 84%, n=5). Linearity of dilution across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components are supplied for storage at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on the label, and reagents should not be used past the stated expiration date.
