Mouse Corin ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Corin in serum, plasma and other biological fluids, with reactivity specific to mouse samples.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and follows the sandwich immunoassay principle with a Biotinylated Anti-Corin Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is generated with TMB substrate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm. Stated sensitivity is <6.7 pg/ml and the assay range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m. Reported values for serum (n=5) are 80–102% with an average of 91%, for EDTA plasma (n=5) are 81–100% with an average of 90%, and for heparin plasma (n=5) are 80–89% with an average of 84%. Values across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions are reported as 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma.

Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers. Components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed, and the kit is not to be used past its expiration date.
