Mouse Connective Tissue Growth Factor ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a CTGF-specific antibody pre-coated onto a microtiter plate; captured CTGF is detected using a biotinylated anti-CTGF antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, and visualised with TMB substrate solution read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported recovery values are serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%), with dilution linearity data provided across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers.
