Mouse Complement Factor B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Complement Factor B in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal development via TMB substrate read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is 0.17 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.39–25 ng/ml, with an assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed. Recovery in spiked samples averaged 91% for serum (n=5, range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%), with dilution linearity data provided for 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions.
