Mouse Complement Component 5a Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Complement Component 5a Receptor 1 (C5a-R) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.128 ng/ml with a quantitative assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and the complete protocol runs in 4h 30m. The sandwich immunoassay employs an immobilized anti-C5a-R capture antibody, a biotinylated anti-C5a-R detection antibody and HRP-avidin, with TMB substrate producing a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to the amount of C5a-R captured in each well. Kit components are stored between +4°C and -20°C as indicated on the component labels.
