Mouse Collagen Type I Alpha 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Collagen I in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. It uses a 96-well pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-Collagen I antibody with HRP-Avidin detection. Dilution linearity tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 shows overall ranges of 70-107% for serum, 81-110% for EDTA plasma, and 77-107% for heparin plasma (n=5 each).
