Mouse Cocaine And Amphetamine Regulated Transcript ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com, this kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cocaine and Amphetamine Regulated Transcript (CART) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate together with a Biotinylated Anti-CART Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate for detection, with the resulting colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported at <0.055 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery ranges are 80–102% in serum, 81–100% in EDTA plasma and 80–89% in heparin plasma. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; these should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
