Mouse Coagulation Factor V ELISA Kit

A sandwich (quantitative) ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro measurement of mouse Coagulation Factor V in plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses pre-coated antibody wells, a Biotinylated Anti-Factor V detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a reported range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.145 ng/ml, with the standard protocol completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Manufacturer-supplied sample recovery data are: Serum 80%–102%, average 91% (n=5); EDTA Plasma 81%–99%, average 90% (n=5); Heparin Plasma 80%–89%, average 84% (n=5).

Components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
