Mouse Coagulation Factor IX ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Coagulation Factor IX (Factor IX/PTC) in plasma or other biological fluids. Reactivity is specific to mouse samples. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and colorimetric detection. A biotinylated anti-Factor IX/PTC antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate are used, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is <0.067 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been validated in serum (80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–99%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity has been verified at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across these sample types.
