Mouse Coagulation Factor II ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of mouse Thrombin (Coagulation Factor II) in plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-Thrombin detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of <0.59 ng/ml and a working range of 1.56-100 ng/ml, with a total incubation time of 4h 30m. Standards and samples are added to the coated wells; captured Thrombin is bound by the biotinylated antibody and visualised after HRP-avidin addition, with the density of the yellow product proportional to analyte concentration in each well.
