Mouse Cluster Of Differentiation ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CD163 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and uses the sandwich immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for CD163 pre-coated onto a microplate. Captured CD163 is detected using a biotinylated anti-CD163 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, generating a yellow colour read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay is quantitative, colourimetric and runs in 4h 30m.

Reported sensitivity is <25 ng/ml and the working assay range is 78.1-5000 ng/ml. Average recovery in serum is 91% (range 83-100%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 94% (range 90-99%, n=5) and in heparin plasma 96% (range 91-101%, n=5). Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16 in each sample matrix. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
