Mouse Cluster Of Differentiation 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative determination of mouse CD4 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, together with a biotinylated anti-CD4 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. After addition of the acidic stop solution, absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve covers 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a reported sensitivity of <0.116 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Typical spike-and-recovery averages 91% in serum (n=5, range 80%–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%–89%). Dilutional linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
