This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cluster of Differentiation 34 (CD34) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) bearing an antibody specific for CD34. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where CD34 is captured by the immobilized antibody. After incubation and washing, a Biotinylated Anti-CD34 Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, producing a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of the stop solution; absorbance is read at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.
