Mouse Cluster Of Differentiation 30 Ligand ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Cluster of Differentiation 30 Ligand (CD30-L) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and read colorimetrically at 450 nm using a microplate reader.

The reported product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.032 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery in serum averaged 91% (range 83–100%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 96% (range 91–102%, n=5), and in Heparin plasma 95% (range 89–102%, n=5). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is reported for serum (75–104% to 84–99%), EDTA plasma (95–102% to 89–105%) and Heparin plasma (72–102% to 82–104%).
