Mouse Cluster Of Differentiation 19 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CD19 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with mouse samples.

The assay uses pre-coated 96-well microtiter plates (12 x 8 well strips). Standards and test samples are added to the wells; CD19 present in each sample is captured by the immobilised antibody, then detected using Biotinylated Anti-CD19 Antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution and the absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m. The reported sensitivity is <0.047 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml.

Recovery validation (n=5) shows averages of 91% for Serum (range 83%-100%), 96% for EDTA Plasma (range 90%-103%), and 95% for Heparin Plasma (range 89%-102%). Linearity is demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions for Serum (79-110%), EDTA Plasma (73-109%), and Heparin Plasma (77-110%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date.
