Mouse CLCF1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CLCF1 (also known as NNT1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

The Mouse CLCF1 ELISA Kit is run on a pre-coated microplate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm after TMB substrate and acidic stop solution are added; the assay is completed in 4 hours. The capture and detection antibodies are specific for the target, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

The standard curve spans 31.25–2000 pg/mL, with a stated sensitivity of <18.75 pg/mL. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 in Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Reported average recoveries in undiluted matrix are 94% for serum (range 86–100%), 99% for EDTA plasma (range 87–105%), and 94% for heparin plasma (range 88–105%). Kit components are shipped at +4°C and stored at +4°C or −20°C as directed in the protocol manual; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
