Mouse Chymase 1, Mast Cell ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Mast Cell Chymase in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for Mast Cell Chymase, paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. The reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, stopped with acidic solution, and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative sandwich assay has a working range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <30.15 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Standards and samples are incubated on the pre-coated plate, washed, and processed through the biotinylated antibody and HRP-avidin steps before colour development.

Recovery has been validated in serum (n=5, range 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%-89%, average 84%). Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions has been demonstrated in matching sample matrices. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on individual component labels.
