Mouse Chromosome 1 Open Reading Frame 85 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Chromosome 1 Open Reading Frame 85 (C1orf85) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a pre-coated microplate, Biotinylated Anti-C1orf85 Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is 0.123 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

The assay is suitable for serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. Reported recovery values (n=5) are 84%-102% (average 93%) for serum, 91%-101% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 92%-98% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. Across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, linearity values range from 76% to 110% across these sample types.
