Mouse Chromogranin B ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Chromogranin B in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with reactivity restricted to mouse samples and a colourmetric endpoint measured at 450 nm in a microplate reader after TMB substrate development.

Performance characteristics include an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.118 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery across matrices has been assessed, with averages of 91% in serum (range 80-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Dilution linearity has been evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in the same sample types.

Standards and samples are incubated with a Biotinylated Anti-Chromogranin B Antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate prior to colour development. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
