Mouse Chordin Like Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Chordin Like Protein 2 (CHRDL2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with Mouse samples and uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) in a quantitative sandwich ELISA format with an assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

The assay employs a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a CHRDL2-specific antibody pre-coated onto the wells. Standards and samples are added, and CHRDL2 is captured by the immobilized antibody. After washing, Biotinylated Anti-CHRDL2 Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.055 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Recovery data are reported for serum (n=5, range 80-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81-101%, average 91%), and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80-89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity is provided across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for serum (74-107%), EDTA plasma (79-108%), and heparin plasma (82-105%).
