Mouse Cholinergic Receptor, Muscarinic 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptor M3 (CHRM3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate platform and read on a colorimetric microplate reader, with the chromogenic reaction catalysed by HRP using TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution to produce a measurable yellow product read at 450 nm.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of <0.105 ng/ml and a quantitative working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Recovery values across five replicates averaged 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%). Dilution linearity tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 yielded 74%–108% depending on sample matrix. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
