Mouse Chemokine C-X3-C-Motif Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of mouse CX3CR1 in tissue homogenates and cell lysates. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for CX3CR1, and the assay employs a biotinylated detection antibody in conjunction with an HRP-avidin conjugate. After incubation with TMB substrate, the colour change is read at 450nm in a microplate reader, with signal intensity proportional to CX3CR1 concentration.

Sensitivity is 0.047 ng/ml and the working range is 0.156-10 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
