Mouse Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Receptor 4 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, the Mouse CXCR4 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CXCR4 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for mouse samples. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-CXCR4 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The reaction is visualised using TMB substrate solution, producing a blue product that changes to yellow upon addition of stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and CXCR4 concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

The kit demonstrates a sensitivity of <27.2 pg/ml and an assay range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed. Recovery has been validated in serum (n=5, range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.
