Mouse Checkpoint Homolog ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Chk1 (Checkpoint Homolog) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Chk1, which is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Chk1 Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.058 ng/ml, with a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and the platform comprises pre-coated strips arranged as 12 x 8 wells. Reactivity is specified for mouse samples. Reported average recovery values are 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma.
